"Having grown up in Iowa, I remember fresh, bone-in hams at the holidays.
This was before factory pork producers took over and when pig farming was a family tradition.
Most people here in my new home in California have never tasted ham like this, so when I noticed Beeler Hams on the holiday food order form, I didn't hesitate.
