A Grandma Weezie Favorite! Great for the crockpot – besides being tasty!
BARBECUED PORK STEAKS

Ingredients:
- 4 pork steaks 1/2″ thick
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 1 tbls quick cooking tapioca pudding
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbls cooking oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
Instructions:
- Cut pork steaks in half, crosswise and brown in hot cooking oil on both sides.
- Drain steaks on paper towels.
- In slow cooker, arrange onion, green pepper, and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables.
- Place pork steaks over veggies.
- In blow, mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
