Here at Beeler’s, every hotdog is a work of art- it all depends on how you showcase it! Our recipe for Bahn Mî dogs combines our uncured Beeler’s BIG DOG weiners, fresh herbs and veggies, in a bun. This is a fun recipe for entertaining, and all the fixins can find a happy home amongst the sides at any backyard BBQ. Bet.
Ingredients:
1 pkg Beeler’s BIG DOG weiners
1 bunch fresh Basil
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded,
and sliced thinly
½ C Quick-Pickled Carrot relish
½ C Tbsp Cilantro-Lime Dressing
Equipment
- a grill or cast iron pan for cooking the dogs
tongs for portioning
mouths for eating
Instructions:
1. Cook the BIG DOGS to your desired doneness.
2. While the weiners are cooking, line the buns with fresh basil leaves (about 3-4 large
leaves per bun.
3.Place the hotdogs in the bun, on top of the basil leaves, and then top with quick-pickled
carrot relish, fresh cucumbers, and a drizzle of cilantro-lime dressing.
4. Enjoy!
