Our citrusy, herbacious dressing comes together effortlessly in your food processor. It’s equal parts elegant and down to earth, and will have your taste buds shouting, “Yes please!”. If you don’t have a food processor you can use a blender or chop the herbs by hand.
Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Ingredients:
1 C fresh cilantro, leaves and
tender stems, loosely packed
¾ C mayonnaise
1 lime, zested and juiced
Equipment
- microplane or citrus zester
- measuring cups
- food processor or blender
Instructions:
1. Put the cilantro, lime zest, freshly squeezed lime juice, and mayo in the food processor
and run until the cilantro is chopped up, about 1-2 minutes, depending on your food
processor.
2.If making this dressing by hand, chop the cilantro as finely as possibly and then combine
all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix until evenly distributed.
3.Transfer to a clean jar with tight-fitting lid and store up in the fridge up to 4 days.
*Notes
- This dressing is great in a southwestern style bean salad or a street corn salad.
- Use this dressing to brighten up your favorite pork taco recipe.
- Drizzle on grilled corn and top with crumbled cotija and a sprinkle of tajin for your new favorite street corn!
- If you don’t like cilantro, substitute fresh basil leaves!
