Our thick cut, hickory smoked uncured bacon is our most popular cut of bacon. It has the perfect amount of hickory smoke, and the natural taste of our high-quality, premium pork is what puts it over the top. In fact, our natural pork flavor is so tasty, you’ll notice minimal ingredients added to our products. It’s just that good!

Made with Humanely Raised, Heritage Duroc Pork

  • No nitrates or nitrites added except for those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder
  • No antibiotics ever. Our antibiotic free pork means our pigs are never treated with antibiotics.
  • Vegetarian fed. Our pigs are fed diets free of animal byproducts, growth promotants, or ractopamine.
  • No gestation crates. Our sows are housed in large, unrestricted pens, allowing for social interaction and freedom to move around.
